Before booking one of our pods please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions. They include important information about your booking, the pods, site facilities and your stay with us.

Owing to our working farm with farm dogs, unfortunately we do not allow pets .

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to stay with us, we can offer a full refund as long as its 60 days before your stay. Any later then this I’m afraid you will lose your money. If it is for some unforeseen reason and it is not possible to come, we can offer to change the date of your stay up to 7 days in advance of the stay. 

Coronavirus COVID-19

In the event that we have to temporarily close the glamping site due to quarantine, we cannot provide a refund. Instead we will offer you alternative dates and help you to rearrange your holiday with us to another date. We recommend you take out suitable travel insurance cover if you are unable to travel due to illness.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance for your stay with us.

Payment Policy

At the time of booking we will collect the entire cost of your stay, or please feel free to ring and discuss. 

Accommodation

  • The lead person booking must be aged 18 or above at the time of booking.
  • There is a strict no pets’ policy, either staying or visiting the pod or cottage.
  • There is a maximum of 2 adults and 2 small children per pod.
  • No additional visitors to stay overnight without prior arrangement.
  • Please respect other guests privacy that are also staying on sight particularly when returning to your accommodation late at night.
  • No late night parties or music to be played outside.

    If you are found to be in breach of these conditions during your stay we reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave, with no refunds given.

Damage

If you or any of your party cause damage to the pod or cottage , the facilities or the exterior of the area, or the site in any way, we reserve the right to collect payment from you to cover the cost of the damage.

Cleaning

The team will clean the pods between each stay. You are responsible for leaving the pods in a tidy manner before you leave, including putting rubbish in the bins and washing up any dirty kitchenware. A charge of £50 will be made for any pods that have been left in an unsatisfactory mess.

Camp Fires and Fire Pits

Campfires and guests’ own fire pits are not permitted on site.

Barbecues

Guests are not permitted to bring their own barbecue. 

Parking

Only one vehicle per pod, except by prior arrangement. There is a designated parking place next to each pod. If more than one car parking is available next to the church. Vehicles are left at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for damage or theft on the site.

Smoking

We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the pods. This includes tobacco products and e-cigarettes. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the pod, you must dispose of your cigarettes use the ashtrays provided.

Pets

There is a strict no pets policy at Glastonbury Glamping, including dogs. We are not able to allow guide dogs to stay in the pods.

Group Bookings

The whole site may be hired out by family or friend groups for special get-togethers. Please enquire by phone or email for availability, or use the availability search on the booking manager.

Stag and Hen Parties

We do not permit stag and hen parties . 

Wheelchair access

I'm afraid pods do not have easy access to wheel chairs at this time. 

Children

Glastonbury Glamping is a friendly family site, but also a working farm, please ensure your children are supervised at all times. 

Keys

Any lost keys will be charged at £45 as we will have to replace the key and the locking system for security reasons.

Loss & Theft 

Glastonbury Glamping accept no liability for belongings that are lost or stolen on the site, including in and outside the pods.

Glastonbury Glamping and surrounding Grounds

  • Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided in your pod and at the recycling hut located between the glamping pods .
  • Please drive slowly when you are on the site to maintain the safety of yourself, our guests and any wildlife on the site.
  • Please keep noise within a respectable level especially after 11.00pm
  • Respect your pod neighbour’s privacy.
